On the 12th of December 2023 we will remove the reception tool from our platform. We already renamed the link to the "reception tool" to "legacy reception tool" last summer because we knew we were going to remove it when upgrading our platform.
No reason to be sad, most functionality is already build in our current platform. Besides that it is the start of many upgrades planned for 2024!
In this FAQ you can read where to find the old reception tool functionality within the platform:
1. Dashboard
Active guests
You can see your active keys on the Dashboard after logging in. Including the number of in-house guests, guests departed in the last 2 weeks and the expected guests for some PMS connections.
Locks
You can also see the last 3 doors opened and go to the history showing all opened doors on the Switch history.
If you have locks which have restrictions for guests to open then you can see them in the Time restricted switches overview.
